- What accommodation is available?
We have six halls of residence on our campus, with a total of 459 beds.
- When do I apply?
Applications are open until 1st October (within the academic year).
- What are the costs?
Standard single room in halls: £95. En-suite single room in halls: £130per week. These costs include room, breakfast and dinner (7 days a week, term-time) water, gas, electric, internet access, with computing support and pastoral support.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. You’ll need to pay £200.00 to secure your room within 14 working days of your accommodation offer being made. The deposit is refundable if grades are not achieved to secure a university place.
- How long is the contract?
It’s 37 or 38 weeks excluding Christmas and Easter holidays. You’ll be on a fixed-term contract and cancellations can only be made in extenuating circumstances, or if you can find a suitable replacement to take on your Residential Licence Agreement.
